Dr. Michele A. L. Villagran is a prominent consultant, presenter, and founder of CulturalCo, LLC. Dr. Villagran’s expertise is conflict management, cultural intelligence and the understanding of diversity & inclusion.
Dr. Villagran has over 20+ years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors. Her formal expertise within the field of cultural intelligence began in 2008, however it her informal knowledge that began with her upbringing in Las Vegas, NV. She has flourished to expand her cultural interests to understanding how to manage conflicts utilizing both cultural and emotional intelligence along with a conflict toolkit.
Dr. Villagran works with a diverse range of clients from industries including librarianship, education, legal, law enforcement and research and business intelligence providers.
She holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, a Masters of Dispute Resolution and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Master of Science in Library Science in Legal Informatics from University of North Texas. Her expertise, credentials and own diverse skills position her as an authority in cultural intelligence, conflict, diversity, and emotional intelligence.
