The Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) is an assessment instrument that helps you improve and understand triggers of conflict and how to respond to those triggers. Certified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile, we can provide two different versions of the instrument: CDP-Individual (CDP-I) and CDP-360. Both provide solutions for helping individuals and organizations promote effective conflict resolution.
The CDP-I is a self-analysis that considers how individuals view themselves and how our respondents view our responses to hot buttons and conflict. The CDP-360 is a full perspective, holistic view of the respondent’s self view plus bosses and peers. Reliable and valid, the assessments can be easily completed in 30 minutes or less. Reports are provided for each assessment and include feedback on various conflict aspects including a development guide and strategies to strengthen your conflict skills.
